Any information related to magical properties represents historical or traditional usages in mythology, folklore, folk medicine, or alternative spiritual practices and is provided as a matter of interest only. Please keep in mind when purchasing crystals or natural stones, or items made from natural stones that they come from the Earth. Since stones come from the earth, they can be unevenly shaped, or have bumps, dents, cracks, fractures, etc., on them. These unique markings contribute to the natural beauty of each stone as no two are exactly alike.

Photos included in our listings are actual photos we have taken of the items that are for sale. Our images are taken with studio lights and accurately represent the color of the items being sold. Colors may vary, depending on your monitor settings, and may differ from the actual color of the item due to stone variations. If you are not familiar with the color of the item, or if you have questions about the color of an item, please ask before purchasing as all sales are final and there are no returns or refunds on stones. If you purchased our items during a Live Sale, please note that the colors may vary from screen to screen and that different lighting can show the color differently. I do my best to accurately depict every item but expect some variation in color and small variances in shape.

As part of the registration process for our newsletters and blog, we collect personal information. WE DO NOT collect your credit/debit card details. Making a purchase through this website is secure as noted by the "https:" prefix before our domain name. We use an SSL Certificate which enables encryption of sensitive information during online transactions. All phone transactions are entered directly into a virtual terminal ensuring no need to write down or collect sensitive information. All payments are processed through our website or Paypal’s secure server.
Your financial information is not shared with us at Cauldron Emporium and all your information is kept safe.
