FAQ

  • How do my purchases plant trees?
I'm excited to announce my partnership with One tree Planted to create a more sustainable world. There are a couple of ways your purchases plant trees. 1. When you buy items in the One-for-One tab, at least one tree will be planted per item. 2. Any other items will still plant trees, but you might have to buy a few of them in order to do so. The minimum purchase to plant a tree is $10 in most cases. You can find out more by checking out my About page or by visiting OneTreePlanted.org
  • When Will You Ship My Items?
I ship all items purchased in my website within 3 business days of purchase. During the Holidays or very high demand times, processing time can be up to 5 business days. If you bought the item during a Live Sale, I usually take 1-2 business days to prepare your invoice for payment. Once you have paid, the processing time is the same as on the website sales.
  • Covid-19 Delays
Due to the global effects of Covid-19, we might be limited on our Live Sales and ship items a little bit slower than usual. We try to not let it affect things too much but we are staying safe and keeping you safe by taking a little extra time to ensure your items are safe as well. If you have concerns about shipping times, feel free to contact us.
  • Where Is My Order?
Once your items ship, we will send you a tracking number via email to the email you used when purchasing. I don't track the items for you but would be happy to help if there are any questions. If you purchased during a Live Sale, we will email your tracking information to your email as well. This makes it easier and faster for you to get your information.
  • How Can I Know If Something Is Back In Stock?
To know if an item is back in stock, please subscribe to our newsletter and social sites. Usually, Instagram and Facebook have the latest updates and we send out newsletters to announce new products and re-stock favorites.
  • Can I Purchase Something From a Past Live Sale?
Due to the nature of Live Sales, it would be very difficult to find the exact item you might of seen during the sale. We are more than happy to intiutively choose an item from you. We try to take very clear photos for our website and you might be able to find something very similar to the item on the Live Sale. We would suggest that you screenshot items you like on Live Sales or Story Sales and we can try to get it for you. If you can give us a description (ex. skull, sphere, tower) and the number and letter that was shown on the item, we might be able to find it for you if it was not sold. Please DM us on Instagram or email us at cauldronemporium@gmail.com
  • Where Are Your Crystals From?
All of our crystals are ethically sourced from different parts of the world. The majority of our crystals are mined in Brazil and Madagascar.
  • How Do I Cleanse and Recharge My Crystals?
Running Water Holding your gemstones under clear, purified water will cleanse and recharge them. Do not use ordinary tap water. Some stones should not be immersed in water, so if you are unsure whether your stones are water safe, use a different cleansing method. The Moon A full moon and a new moon are especially powerful for cleansing and recharging your stones. You can place them outside or on a windowsill at these times. Even if it is a cloudy night, the moon's rays will still energise the stones. The Sun The sun is also a very strong energetic way to cleanse your stones. Even when it is cloudy, the sun's rays will still energise the stones. Be careful though, as some stones will fade in the sunlight. Mother Earth Gemstones & Crystals come from the earth, so placing them directly into the earth will naturally cleanse all negative energies and re-energise them. We suggest you leave them for approximately 24 hours. If the stones are set, or strung into jewellery, it is best to gently cover them with a cloth first, so that small bits of dirt don't get into the fastenings etc. Sea Salt Sea salt has long been known to have purification properties. For this reason, many people like to place their gemstones directly into a bowl of natural sea salt, however we find this to sometimes be too harsh on the softer stones. Instead, we use two glass bowls - one larger than the other. Fill the large bowl with sea salt and place the smaller bowl into this. Put your stones into the small bowl and leave for anywhere from 24-36 hours. The sea salt will absorb all negative energies from the stones, leaving them cleansed and re-energised. Make sure you dispose of the salt so it is not used again. Only use glass bowls when cleansing and charging gemstones with salt. Salt Water Again, (as with the sea salt method), we find this to be harsh on some of the softer stones. Only use this method on harder stones, and (as with the running water), if you are unsure whether your stones are water safe, use a different cleansing method. Place some natural sea salt into a glass bowl, add purified water and your gemstones. Leave for approximately 24 hours and then gently pat dry, or leave to air dry. Smoke Cleansing Smoke is a very efficient way of cleansing gemstones. You can use sage, cedar, rosemary, sweet grass, sandalwood, other herbs or even incense to smoke cleanse your crystals. Simply burn the herbs or incense and pass your stones through the smoke. This will clear the stones of all negative energy. Other Crystals Placing your stones on a large quartz cluster will clear negative energies and re-energise the stones. However you must remember to regularly cleanse and re-energise the quartz cluster to ensure it retains its cleansing and re-energising powers. Using Your Intention Focus your mental energies on your crystals and ask the Universe, or your dieties, to cleanse the stones of all negative energies and to re-energise them for their maximum potential. Always thank the Universe, and/or your dieties, after doing this. There are other ways to cleanse and recharge your crystals so feel free to use any method you are most attracted to. Please do your research on how to cleanse your individual crystals to ensure you will not damage or change it.
  • Which Crystals Are Water Safe?
Some crystals are perfectly safe to cleanse in water, however there are many that are not. Crystals that are very soft tend to scratch or flake easily, whilst others contain metals and/or toxins, causing them to rust or become toxic. The following, more common crystals, are considered safe to be cleansed in water: Agate, Amethyst, Aventurine, Clear Quartz, Citrine, Red Jasper, Rose Quartz, Smokey Quartz, Snow Quartz, Tiger Eye Please do your own research on your particular crystal before cleansing with water.
